RuneLite, on your phone
RuneNative is a free companion for players who play Old School RuneScape with RuneLite on a desktop PC. Step away from your desk and your phone keeps you in the game.
RuneNative is in testing on Android, and coming to Google Play and the RuneLite Plugin Hub. To join the test, email support@runenative.com from the Google account on your Android phone. An iPhone app is planned.
What you get
- Notifications from RuneLite, sorted by the plugin that raised them, with their own channels, sounds and mutes
- A live status notification: hitpoints, prayer, run energy, inventory, world, and whether you're active or idle
- An idle-logout countdown, so you know how long you have before the game logs you out
- Alerts when you're logged out or disconnected, with the reason
- Farming, birdhouse and other Time Tracking timers, with alarms on your phone even after the game is closed
- A gallery of the screenshots RuneLite takes, if you turn screenshot forwarding on
- Home-screen widgets with your timers and latest status
How it works
- In RuneLite on your PC, install RuneNative from the Plugin Hub.
- Install the RuneNative app on your phone and tap Get a pairing code.
- Type the code into the RuneNative side panel in RuneLite, press Pair, and check that both show the same safety number.
Want to look around first? The app has a demo that plays every feature without RuneLite.
Private by design
- Everything is end-to-end encrypted between the plugin and your phone. Our server only passes encrypted messages along and can't read them.
- No account, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics.
- Free, with nothing locked behind a payment.
- The RuneLite plugin is open source, so you can see exactly what it sends.
Details are in the privacy policy.
Safe by design
- The app never sends input to the game. It can't click, type or act in the game for you.
- It can only change the RuneNative plugin's own settings, and only if you allow it in RuneLite.
- No location, no other players' data, no chat log.
