For the RuneLite plugin, you can also open an issue on GitHub.
Pairing doesn't finish
- The code works once and runs out after 10 minutes. Tap Get a pairing code again for a new one.
- Type it into the RuneNative side panel in RuneLite (the phone icon) and press Pair. The dash is added for you, and letters can be typed in either case.
- Both the PC and the phone need an internet connection while you pair.
- Open the RuneNative side panel in RuneLite (the phone icon): it says what went wrong.
Notifications don't arrive
- Open More → Health in the app. It checks notification permission and channels, battery restrictions, exact alarms, push delivery and the connection, worst first, with a button to the right setting for each.
- In RuneLite, check the switches under What to send in the RuneNative settings, and that the plugin that raised the notification isn't muted.
- Idle-logout, six-hour and low-hitpoint warnings come from RuneLite's Idle Notifier plugin. Turn them on there, and RuneNative forwards them.
Unlinking and your data
Press Unlink in the app or in the RuneLite side panel. The server deletes what it holds for that link, as the privacy policy describes. If you've lost both your phone and your RuneLite profile, nobody can use the link any more. To have it deleted, email us the link id from RuneLite's client.log (the line "RuneNative paired with link …") if you still have it.
